45-Day Returns Policy

We want you to fall in love with Auris Comfort — and if you don't, we'll buy them back. Every order is covered by a 45-day home trial, no restocking fees and free return shipping in the UK.
How it works
- Wear your Auris Comfort hearing aids at home, work and out and about.
- If they're not right within 45 days of delivery, email returns@aurishearing.co.uk.
- We'll send you a free pre-paid Royal Mail return label.
- Once we receive the device, we'll refund your card within 5 business days.
What's refunded
- The full purchase price of your hearing aids
- Original shipping (if paid)
- Any extended warranty fees, pro-rated
What you'll need to return
Both hearing aids, the charging case, and the original box. Domes, cleaning accessories and cables don't need to come back — they're yours to keep.
Damaged or faulty units
If your device arrives damaged or develops a fault within the 2-year warranty, we'll repair or replace it free of charge. Just contact support with a short description and a photo if possible.
Outside the 45 days
After 45 days, the trial window closes but your 2-year warranty continues. We can't accept returns for change of mind after this point.
Your statutory rights
This policy is in addition to your rights under the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015 and Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, which are not affected.
