Every Auris order is dispatched from our Manchester warehouse within 24 hours of being placed (Mon–Fri). Shipping is free, tracked and insured for the full value.
United Kingdom
- Standard tracked (free): Royal Mail Tracked 48 — arrives in 2–3 business days.
- Express (£6.99): Royal Mail Tracked 24 — arrives next business day if ordered before 2 pm.
- All packages require a signature on delivery.
Channel Islands, Isle of Man & Highlands
Free standard delivery applies. Please allow 1–2 extra business days. Express shipping is unavailable to these areas.
Republic of Ireland & EU
International tracked delivery is £14.99 and typically arrives in 5–7 business days. Local import duties may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.
Tracking your order
You'll receive an email with your tracking number as soon as the package leaves our warehouse. Tracking updates within a few hours of dispatch.
Lost or delayed packages
If your tracking hasn't moved for 5+ business days, get in touch. Every order is fully insured — we'll send a replacement straight away while we open a claim with the courier.
Discreet packaging
All Auris orders are sent in plain, unbranded outer packaging. Nothing on the outside identifies the contents as a hearing device.
