Will Auris work for my level of hearing loss?
Auris Comfort is designed for adults with mild to moderately-severe age-related hearing loss — the most common type. Most users notice an immediate improvement with conversation, television and phone calls. If you suspect profound hearing loss, we recommend an in-clinic test before purchase.
Do I need a hearing test or prescription?
No. Auris is a self-fitting device that adapts to your hearing through a guided in-app calibration. You can complete the setup in under 10 minutes from your sofa.
How long does the battery last?
A full charge delivers up to 20 hours of continuous use. The included charging case provides 3 additional full charges — about 4 days of use without plugging in.
Can I wear them all day, even with glasses?
Yes. The behind-the-ear shell is just 24 mm and weighs 1.4 g. It tucks behind glasses arms without pressure points. Most users forget they're wearing them.
Are they waterproof?
Auris Comfort is rated IP54 — protected against sweat, light rain and dust. They are not designed to be submerged in water, so remove them before showering or swimming.

Is there a warranty?
Yes — every Auris Comfort comes with a 2-year manufacturer warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship. Accidental loss and damage cover can be added at checkout.
