Terms & Conditions

Last updated: May 2026

These terms govern your use of aurishearing.co.uk and any purchase you make from us. By placing an order you agree to them. They don't affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

1. About us

aurishearing.co.uk is operated by Auris Hearing Ltd, a company registered in England & Wales (company no. 14872310), VAT number GB 412 8867 23, with registered office at Unit 4, Riverside Business Park, Manchester M15 4LA.

2. Placing an order

When you place an order you make an offer to buy. We accept that offer when we send you a dispatch confirmation email. Until then, no contract exists and we may decline an order — for example, if a product is out of stock or the price was clearly wrong.

3. Pricing & payment

Prices include UK VAT where applicable. Payment is taken in full at checkout via Stripe. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Apple Pay and Google Pay. If a price is obviously incorrect we'll cancel the order and refund any payment.

4. Delivery

See our Shipping & Delivery page for full details. Risk passes to you on delivery; ownership passes when payment has cleared in full.

5. Trial period & returns

All Auris hearing devices come with a 45-day home trial. See our Returns Policy for the full process. This is in addition to your statutory 14-day cancellation right under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

6. Warranty

Auris Comfort is covered by a 2-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects. The warranty does not cover accidental damage, loss, normal wear of consumables (domes, filters), or damage from unauthorised repairs.

7. Medical disclaimer

Auris Comfort is a UKCA-certified Class II medical device intended for adults with mild to moderately-severe hearing loss. It is not a substitute for medical advice. If you experience pain, drainage from the ear, sudden hearing changes or tinnitus, please consult a clinician.

8. Our liability

We are responsible for foreseeable loss and damage caused by us. We do not limit liability for death, personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or anything else where it would be unlawful to do so. We're not liable for business losses; our products are supplied for personal use.

9. Intellectual property

All content on this website — including text, images, logos and the Auris brand — belongs to Auris Hearing Ltd or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce or republish it without written permission.

10. Changes & governing law

We may update these terms occasionally; the version in force is the one published on this page. These terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales and any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
